September 9-16, 2018 - FEI World Equestrian Games (WEG), Tryon, North Carolina.

The American and International Associations of Professional Farriers (AAPF/IAPF) has agreed to provide emergency farrier services
for the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games at Tryon International Equestrian Center, Mill Spring, N.C.  

I have been chosen to be one of the World Equestrian Games (WEG) Farrier's by the American Association of Professional Farriers
(APF) due to my experience and talents. This will be my second time as a WEG farrier and honored to do it again.

"Of all the farrier's in the United States, each one of us chosen represent 7/10 of 1% (0.07%) of farriers to be picked as a WEG farrier.

Pre-Registration is the ONLY way to attend. NO at the door registrations or walk-ins. The event will take place at Liberty Lodge,
Webster, NY (directions will be provide upon registration).

The cost per person are as follows:

Attend all three (3) days = $300 which includes a free 2018 Summer Summit memororabilia Gift, Lunch and drinks for all three days.

Attend two (2) days = $250 which includes a free 2018 Summer Summit memorabilia Gift, Lunch and drinks for both days.

Atttend one (1) day = $125 which includes a free 2018 Summer Summit memorabilia Gift, lunch and drinks for that day.

Payment and confirmation can be made after May 1, 2019 and before July 20, 2019. No refunds after July 20, 2019. No reservations will
be taken after July 20, 2019.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Lectures/Wet Labs
7:00 pm - Evening Supper and Activity

Day Two (2) - Friday, August 9, 2019
Time - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm - Lectues/Wet Labs
4:00 pm - 6:00pm - Afternoon Tour Activity.


Day Three (3) - Saturday, August 10, 2019
Time 10:00 am - 6:00 pm - Hands on Forging Day
8:00 pm - Midnight - Evening Campfire and Closing


Stockhoff's will be returning again with their mobile farrier store.
Please be free to bring your own lawn chairs to lectures for more comfortable seating. Tables and chairs are provided. Lodge has
indoor restrooms, Evening campfire has a portable bathroom. Dogs are allowed on leashes for the entire event except for the tours.

August in the area can be hot during the days (80-100F) with night time temperatures a little lower (50-80F). Rain or passing
thunderstorms seems to be a norm.

There are several local hotels that are all within a couple easy miles to the Lodge and Cabin.

There is also a campground within a few miles of the Lodge and next to the Cabin. It is a smaller campground accommodating tents to

This is a three day intense but fun clinic were attendee's share their own experiences as well. Attendee's boast how the Summer
Summit gives a great mid-year boost, is unbelievably fun, is an incredible learning opportunity and a great way to develp a new
networking system.  Respect and professionalism is a must or you will be asked to leave.
