Summit gives a great mid-year boost, is unbelievably fun, is an incredible learning opportunity and a great way to develp a new
networking system.
Everyone must agree to play in the "Sandbox" together.  This is about education and building a network of friends and peers, not
about everyone always agreeing with each other.  Respect is a must or you will be asked to leave.
